Welcome to the website of Van Bijsterveld Vertalingen.
Van Bijsterveld Vertalingen was founded by S. van Bijsterveld, MA, in 1999. Following the completion of a language-orientated education in grammar school, she studied Slavonic Linguistics at Leiden University. Besides studying Russian, Czech and Bulgarian, she also specialized in translation and writing and editing Dutch texts.
Translation is the core business of Van Bijsterveld Vertalingen. Besides that, S. van Bijsterveld has the expertise of an in-house project manager and CAT manager. She has experience proofreading and coordinating translations, creating and maintaining glossaries and translation memories and providing individual CAT training for translators.
